iCare IC200 tonometer with 200 degrees of positional freedom

iCare IC200 is the most versatile tonometer in iCare’s product portfolio. This flagship device now offers a Quick Measure feature to capture intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements faster and easier than before. With 200 degrees of positional freedom, the iCare IC200 can measure IOP whether the patient is supine, reclined or seated.

Extensive flexibility in positioning is especially useful in clinical, surgical or emergency settings when the patient’s eye pressure needs to be measured regardless of the patient’s position.

You still get all the benefits of iCare’s patented rebound technology eliminating the need for a puff of air or anesthetic drops. The exam is non-invasive, accurate, comfortable for the patients and easy to perform for the operator.

Introducing Quick Measure

An innovative new feature that makes intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements faster and easier – iCare IC200 Quick Measure.

The Quick Measure feature captures IOP with two or three individual measurements, instead of the standard six, resulting in a shorter test time. This reduction in time makes the iCare IC200 with Quick Measure an ideal solution for challenging patients. Additionally, the Quick Measure feature can be used on patients in any position.

Freedom to measure in multiple positions

The most crucial development in IC200 compared to other iCare’s tonometers is its freedom in the measurement position. The patient can be supine, reclined or in a seated position. The tonometer IC200 can be used in 200 degrees measurement angle.

As with other iCare tonometers, the professional iCare IC200 tonometer is based on a rebound measuring principle that requires no anesthetic drops, air or specialized skills for its use.

Automated positioning alignment

A high-visibility indicator at the probe base confirms your positioning of the tonometer before measurement. A green light indicates measurement will be reliable and a red light indicates incorrect positioning.

Reliable, repeatable measurements

An intuitive user interface maximizes clinical efficiency even in the most demanding situations. With the iCare IC200, IOP measuring is fast, accurate and reliable. IOP results are displayed to one-millimeter decimal mmHg.

The iCare IC200 tonometer provides user feedback regarding alignment. This alignment feature guides the user to position the probe perpendicular to the cornea when measuring.
