All iCare tonometers use a patented rebound technology for quick and reliable intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements. The iCare ST500 ensures clinical workflow, efficiency, and comfort for the patients. Due to our rebound technology, the patients barely notice the measurement. The device removes the need for topical anesthesia, fluorescent dye, disinfection, or calibration. The gentle rebound touch of a disposable probe makes the acquisition barely noticeable to the patient, with no harm to the cornea or impact on later diagnostics.
