iCare DRSplus fundus imaging system with TrueColor Confocal technology

iCare DRSplus confocal fundus imaging system uses white LED illumination to offer high-quality TrueColor images. TrueColor Confocal Technology, provides rich detail images with greater image sharpness, optical resolution, and contrast when compared to traditional fundus camera imaging.

The fast and fully automated DRSplus permits imaging through pupils as small as 2.5 mm, without the need of for dilation, and ensuring a comfortable patient experience. The easy-to-use device that offers the advantage of quick examination time also helps speed up workflow at clinics.

Different imaging modalities for rich detail imaging

TrueColor Confocal Technology with white LED provides detailed 45° retinal images to scan through media opacities, such as cataracts. This technology aids clinicians in the diagnosis and documentation of ocular disease. High resolution and red-free filtering enhance visualization of retina vasculature. Blue channels provide improved view of the Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (RNFL), and red channel allows to penetrate in the deeper layers towards the choroid. External eye imaging can document eye surface and corneal conditions. Stereo viewer creates improved 3D perception of the disc. The mosaic option automatically combines different retinal fields without user intervention, creating panoramic views up to 80°.

Fast, Efficient, and Fully Automated Operations

DRSplus Confocal Technology permits imaging through pupils as small as 2.5 mm. With reduced flash intensity and easy patient positioning, the DRSPlus promotes a positive patient experience.

Image reviewing made easy

iCare DRSplus offers live IR preview which contributes to an efficient capture workflow. the capacitive touch screen allows for easy magnification and review, while the filtering options makes post-processing images even simpler. DRSplus optional Remote Viewer allows to review the images on the same local area network. DRSplus can also easily connect to EMR systems via standard DICOM protocols
